At Yukitch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Be in its original packaging, when applicable.
Include proof of purchase or your order number.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow some additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We may ask you to provide photos or other information so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping

For standard returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
